Showtime’s one fight broadcast tomorrow just expanded, sort of. The WBA super middleweight title fight between England’s George Groves and Russia’s Fedor Chudinov will now have full time coverage, but not on the network itself.

Instead, beginning at 4:30 Eastern, the fight will take place on Showtime’s Facebook and Youtube pages. This is a really great, last minute pick up by the network that will save us American fight fans from having to find a less legal alternative.

Fedor Chudinov (14-1, 10 KOs) has not fought in 16 months since losing this title to Felix Sturm in one of the worst decisions of 2016. Chudinov won that fight without question. Instead of keeping his name out there, however, he has chosen to wait for another opportunity at the belt. That time is tomorrow.

More famously, George Groves (25-3, 18 KOs) is 0-3 in world title fights. Two of those fights were against Carl Froch, the first of which Groves was winning before being hurt and having the fight controversially stopped by the referee. He lost cleanly to Froch in the rematch and then narrowly to Badou Jack by split decision in the fall of 2015. It may be now or never for the English super middleweight.
